Natura, outdoor lounges with iroko wood
Natura is a collection of outdoor lounge furniture with a warm yet sober design. The use of iroko wood in its structures, with its combination of flat crossbeams and curved joints, conveys the elegance and serenity of contemporary Scandinavian design. Strung reinforcements in the seating frame establish a link between Nordic expertise in handcrafted detailing and today’s exquisite Mediterranean craftsmanship.
With the Natura collection you can design versatile outdoor lounges, made up of individual armchairs, deep sofas with and without chaise longue, and a set of side tables and coffee tables of different sizes. With this variety of elements, all kinds of layouts can be achieved: from small seating areas with individual seats to configurations with a more numerous or collective character. Although it is conceived with materials specifically selected for excellent performance outdoors, it has a design that is also suitable for indoor environments.
It is precisely the handcrafted nature of the seats’ strung frame that makes the armchairs and sofas elements that allow for a free-standing location, offering attractive visuals from all angles.
The Natura collection is a design by Francesc Rifé for OISIDE, who has also designed another of our outdoor lounge collections in iroko wood: Beam. This collection, however, has a design with a marked architectural inspiration, more appropriate for sober and rationalist spaces.
